COOPERATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS
Client Request
The client submits a procurement request that includes details such as product specifications, design drawings, technical parameters, and quantities.
Planning and Quotation
Our professional team analyzes your requirements and, after a full evaluation, submits a competitive quote.
Contract Signing
Once both parties confirm the quotation, a business contract is drafted, specifying all product details, total price, and delivery schedule, etc.
Payment and Initiation
After the contract is signed, the client is required to arrange a 30% advance payment and issue a Letter of Credit (L/C) for 50%-70% of the contract value to initiate production.
Quality Control
Throughout the production process, our team continuously monitors progress and quality. Upon completion, a quality inspection report from our QC department or a third party will be provided for verification.
Delivery and Logistics
Once the products pass inspection, we arrange for professional warehousing, customs clearance, and international logistics to ensure the goods are delivered safely and on time to the designated location.
Acceptance and Settlement
Upon arrival of the goods, a final inspection is conducted based on the contract and the quality inspection report. Once acceptance is confirmed, the L/C is released within 3 business days to complete the payment.
After-Sales Warranty
We provide a standard one-year warranty on all building materials, demonstrating our commitment to a long-term partnership.
